Pricing

Prices displayed are in AUD and they are indicative of Melbourne metropolitan prices for framing services. Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary. Where applicable, prices also include GST.

Turnaround times

As each PanelPop is handmade to order please allow 10 -15 work days for delivery. Customers will be notified within 7 business days, should there be a delay in delivery on goods. For international orders or any questions regarding delivery please email info@panelpop.com

Image notes:

1. DPI: PanelPop convert images to 100 DPI (dots per inch) in order to ensure the maximum size options are available and that resolution is not lost. PanelPop can print at a greater DPI, please contact info@panelpop.com to discuss.
2. CMYK Conversion: Due to the technology of the printer it is necessary for PanelPop to change any RGB (Red, Green, and Blue) file to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (black)). There is no simple or general conversion formula that converts between RGB & CMYK. PanelPop convert images using the latest edition of Photoshop. Nevertheless, the conversions cannot be exact, since these formats have very different colour gamuts.

4. Cropping: The cropping tool (provided in the photo upload section of the website) is set to 3 ratios:
   • 1:1 Square
   • 3:2 Rectangle
   • 2:1 Panorama

5. Sizes: The actual size of the panel may vary slightly due to the timber used. PanelPop sizes are to be used only as a approximation of the finished size. PanelPop will make every effort to ensure the sizes are as close as possible to the size presented on the website.

Condition of sale

All goods must be paid for prior to delivery. All PanelPop’s are sent registered mail and will require a signature in order for the goods to be left.

Return policy

If you have a problem or are unhappy with your PanelPop, just return the product and we will fix the problem or send you another PanelPop, or refund the purchase price.
To return an item to us for your money back:

• Send an email to info@panelpop.com stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return:
• We will then issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and advise our return address
• Please ensure you include this RA number with your returned item/s to enable us to process your refund promptly
• Our Money Back Policy applies in relation to every product we sell provided:
  • You notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 20 days of us dispatching your order to you
  • The returned item/s are received by us within 7 days of us providing you with an RA number
  • The item/s are returned to us in 'as new' condition
• That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging
• All costs incurred in returning the product to us for repair, replacement or credit is your responsibility.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. You must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned.
• We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to insure them.
• We will not accept goods sent to us as receiver pays or without a clearly marked RA number.
• If an RA number can't be identified PanelPop will be unable to accept delivery of the returned goods.
• Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
• RA's are valid for 7 days only, any item sent after the seven days will not be accepted by our returns department.
• If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should:
  • refuse to accept delivery of the product,
  • direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and
  • notify our Customer Service staff immediately

User Conduct

Our services and products must only be used for lawful purposes. The use of any PanelPop product or service which directly or impliedly violates any law is strictly prohibited.
This means that while using the service or product, you must not buy our products and services for any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, libellous, offensive, pornographic, indecent, profane, or otherwise objectionable purposes of any kind, including without limitation for any purpose(s) constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.
PanelPop reserves the right to the final decision on what constitutes any of the above types of conduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PanelPop from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, legal fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting directly or indirectly from your use of our services or products which damages either you, PanelPop, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception. This indemnification and hold harmless agreement extends to all issues associated with your account and dealings with PanelPop.

Refusal or discontinuation of services or products

PanelPop has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of services or products to any person. PanelPop may deny you access to all or part of its services or products without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that PanelPop in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions in this agreement. PanelPop will have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information, nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from such discontinuance or lack of notification. You agree that PanelPop has the right to disclose any information about you as necessary to satisfy the law, or to protect itself against any legal action.

Warranties:

PanelPop provides no warranty that the PanelPop website is error free or that any information, software or other material accessible on the web site is free from viruses or other harmful components. Under no circumstances will PanelPop be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the web site or any part thereof, or your or any third parties' reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the web site, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.
If you are dissatisfied with the service, products, or any of the terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices which PanelPop provides or engages in, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using PanelPop’s services or purchasing its products.
You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the PanelPop website' including your user account. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services and other information, and the quality and merchantability of all merchandise PanelPop provides.

Accounts and Identification Information

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into any transaction with PanelPop. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have parental consent in order to enter into any contract with PanelPop and the account must be ordered by a parent or guardian, in their own name.
You agree to supply PanelPop with a current and truthful name, postal address and telephone number for our records, and you have a continued obligation to keep this information current. You also agree you are an authorised user of any credit card you supply to us for payment of services or products which PanelPop provides to you. You understand and agree PanelPop and or our agents have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fraudulent credit card use in relation to such transactions.

Agreement Acknowledgement

This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with PanelPop or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties. Should any provision of this agreement be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect and the provision will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
By entering into any verbal or written agreement with PanelPop, you are stating and acknowledging that you have read the terms and conditions and that you understand such terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Your Copyright

Generally under copyright laws the owner of the copyright in images or photographs is the person who created the images or took the photographs. You represent and warrant to us that you are the owner of the copyright or have the express permission of the owner of the copyright in the images or photographs which you submit to PanelPop.

Copyright Claims

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In the event that we receive a written complaint alleging copyright infringement, we will refer the complaint to the artist concerned. It is the artist’s responsibility to resolve any such complaint. Should the artist not resolve the complaint satisfactorily and advise us, in writing, of the resolution within 7 days of the date on which the matter was referred to the artist (the "Referral Date"), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to remove the image or photograph until such time as the matter is resolved.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any trademarks, trade names or logos displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners and must not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of the owner.
You should assume that all of the content made available to you through this website, including photographic images, is owned by third parties and is protected by copyright or other proprietary rights.

Materials and Content Not Permitted on this website

You are hereby advised that any image or photograph submitted by you to the website is subject to our review.
We reserve the right at our sole and absolute discretion to refuse to display or print and to remove images or photographs from the website deemed to be objectionable by us or considered by us contrary to applicable laws.
Any perceived violations of laws including laws relating to child pornography, child abuse and animal abuse will be reported by us to law enforcement authorities if in our sole judgment such images are in violation of applicable laws.
Without limiting the above in any way, you are not permitted to post, upload, email or transmit or request the uploading to the website any image or photograph the content of which:

• is, or we believe is offensive, personally offensive, defamatory, abusive, obscene, upsetting, menacing, threatening, harassing, pornographic;
